Financing Options at Madison Dental Loft
A plain look at the payment plans we accept, how they work, and how to find out what you qualify for before you commit.

Spreading the cost over time
Some dental work can be handled in one visit and one payment. Other treatment, like implants, orthodontics, or a full set of crowns, costs more than most people want to pay at once. Financing lets you start the work now and pay for it in monthly installments.
We work with three third-party lenders: Cherry, Sunbit, and CareCredit. Each one is its own company with its own application, terms, and approval process. We do not lend the money ourselves and we do not decide who is approved.
What we can do is tell you the full cost before anything begins, explain what your insurance is likely to cover, and sit with you while you look at the options. There is no pressure to use any of them.
What each option looks like
Cherry
An application you can complete on your phone in a few minutes, with a soft credit check that does not affect your score. Plan lengths and terms vary by applicant, and some plans carry no interest.
Sunbit
Built for quick decisions at the front desk, with a soft credit check to see what you qualify for. It is often worth looking at if you want an answer the same day you are in the chair.
CareCredit
A health and dental credit card that many patients already carry. It offers promotional periods with no interest if the balance is paid in full within the set time, and standard rates apply after that.
A clear estimate first
Before you apply for anything, we give you a written treatment plan with costs. You should know the number you are financing, not just a monthly figure.
Insurance still applies
Financing covers what you owe after insurance. We will submit to your plan and estimate your share so you are not borrowing more than you need to.
Phasing treatment
If financing is not the right fit, we can often sequence care over months and handle the most urgent items first. Ask us and we will map it out.

Questions patients ask
Cherry and Sunbit both begin with a soft credit check, which does not affect your score, to show you what you may qualify for. CareCredit involves a credit application through Synchrony Bank. Each lender sets its own process, so read their terms before you submit.
Approval decisions are made by the lender, not by us, and we are not told the reasons. If one option does not work out, you can try another, add a co-applicant where the lender allows it, or talk with us about phasing treatment over time. We will keep working with you on a plan that fits.
Often not. Many plans cover a meaningful share of cleanings, fillings, and some larger work, and financing is only for the remaining balance. We will estimate your out-of-pocket cost first so you can decide whether a payment plan makes sense.
It depends on the lender, the plan length, and your application. Some plans are interest-free for a set promotional period, while others carry interest from the start. The lender shows you the exact terms before you accept, and we encourage you to read them carefully.
Yes. All three lenders let you apply online ahead of time, which can make the visit simpler. If you would rather wait until you have your treatment plan and know the amount, that is fine too, and our front desk can walk you through it.
